The first part of your breakfast is the self serve cafe, where guests find fresh homemade sweet breads, coffees and juices they can help themselves to. Then, just find a spot on the cafe deck or in the garden, and enjoy a slow and relaxing morning. When you're ready, let the hosts know, and they will prepare a full breakfast, from either north or south of the border, just for you.

The Gringo : Eggs your way, hash browns, sausage, bacon, toast and fruit plate.
The Hungry Gringo : Same as the Gringo breakfast, just add a stack of pan cakes.
Cowboy Breakfast Bowl : Bowl layered with hash browns, your choice of eggs, and topped with sautéed onion, chorizo, bacon and cheese. Served with fruit plate and toast.
